MnPALS OER/No Cost Resources Librarian Workshop

The fall OER/No Cost Resources Librarian Workshop organized by Minnesota State will be held virtually on September 26th from 1-3:30pm.

This year, we’re focusing on what MnPALS librarians are doing to reduce textbook costs. We invite MnPALS members to contribute proposals for the following types of sessions:

• Presentation, 45 min. By yourself or with a partner. Share information on a project, process, etc.
• Panel discussion, 45 min. Gather a group to discuss or share information on a topic.

Suggested topics on librarian participation in:

• Finding open resources
• Z-Degree establishment
• Ebooks and print books for course reserves
• Data collection
• Collaboration with bookstores, faculty, or administrators
• Communicating with stakeholders
